Design Policies and Procedures
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment via two platforms. Both Cashapp and PayPal are simple, convenient ways to make payments electronically. You do not need a PayPal account to make payments with credit or debit cards in our design shop.
-A 50% non-refundable deposit must be received before the design process begins. The balance of the 50% is to be paid at the end of the project, once the project is approved and before the final package is delivered. You will receive an invoice for your records. ORDERS UNDER $40 MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO PROCESSING.
CANCELLATIONS
We get it, sometimes we change our minds! Feel free to reach out and make cancellations at any time. Please bear in mind that the deposit is non-refundable.
MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR DESIGN
We will allow up to two rounds of revisions. Each additional revision will be charged at $5.
PORTFOLIO AND WEBSITE CREDIT
We reserve the right to add completed projects to our portfolio. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform us.
COPYRIGHT FOR ARTWORK
The designs curated at Branded are custom-created and exclusive to each business. If you shall use one of our design’s without satisfying payment, You will be in violation of this contract and our graphic design rights.

By entering into a project with Branded By Bran Designs, you are consenting to be bound by the terms of these policies and procedures. Please note that our policies and procedures can be changed or updated at any time without prior notice to you.
